When USPS didn’t deliver and tracking hadn’t changed in a week, I panicked and call customer service. They shipped a duplicate that arrived in 5 days (No charge). USPS surprised everybody by delivering both belts on the same day. Another call to Customer Customer Service got a return address label in email, easy peasy. The belt is solid, heavy duty with a warm hand where I changed the buckle and screws to brass. Looks and feels like it will be on my waist for many years to come.
