I would strongly suggest that folks order one or even two sizes up. The size pants you wear cannot be used to size your belt. HB has earned my business for life!

United StatesI must say that this is the best belt I’ve ever had, used, worn, or owned. I have MS and I made an AFO to help me walk. It attaches to my belt and the belt has to be strong enough to hold up. I really can’t walk without it. Instead of walking, I take a step the drag my right leg forward. Every belt I’ve used with this device stretches, bends and twist. This one hasn’t changed a bit. So, I must say, I’m very pleased with my purchase.
