Nice replacement buckle but impossible to install. Screws just won’t come out to allow installation of the replacement buckle

Seriously the best belt I’ve ever owned. After 5 years the little piece on the buckle, that passes through the belt, broke. I sent an email and received a replacement buckle free of charge within a few days. Couldn’t be happier with Hank’s product or service!

Simple quality black buckle. It is what I expected and just what I needed. Didn't like the original shiny stainless buckle with my uniform. The matte black detracts less from the uniform.

My buckle began to lose its finish. I tried reaching out through fb but later learned the way to contact. The pin had broken and after some email snafus I called to find out my request had been addressed and the messages went to spam. I’m glad they stood behind the warranty.

I've had my belt for over 10 years and absolutely love it, it is my daily use / concealed carry belt and it has shown almost no signs of wear in that amount of time. I finally broke the buckle prong and I needed a new buckle to replace it with. I looked at other cheaper brand buckles but decided it was in my best interest to just go with the original quality of the Hanks buckle. Simplest easiest warranty that I have ever dealt with, I was probably on the phone less than 5 minutes with a replacement buckle on the way, very pleased !!!!

after going through 2 roller buckles had to buy a different buckle if this buckle breaks, I will just throw the belt away not worth all the hassle and never recommend your company to anyone even with a 100 year warranty having to change the buckle every couple of months is just too much of a hassle

Replacement buckle was need for a broken prong. The only way to remove the original buckle is with a screwdriver and needle nose pliers which scars the fasteners. I assumed I would receive all new hardware, not just the buckle.

Aftery my buckle broke after probably close to ten years of wear and I didn't have a receipt for warranty I was so relieved to see you sold replacements. This is hands down the best belt I've ever owned the belt I was wearing while waiting for a replacement for about a week already started falling apart. They'll probably bury me in this belt thanks for a solid product!

My Hank's 1.5" belt has been absolutely bullet proof. I bought it as a work belt for working on the farm. Even in that abusive environment, the belt still remains looking good and I wear it as a regular belt when I am cleaned up and out for the day or evening in jeans. After years of hard use, the buckle recently gave up the ghost when the pin cracked. I called Hanks and they quickly dropped a new buckle in the mail with no hassle. The new buckle they are now using with this belt is even better than the one that came with the original belt I got years ago and couldn't be happier. If you need a belt that not just looks tough, but is actually is tough and of high quality, Hank's belts are your last word on the subject.
