I bought a belt from Hank's a couple of years ago. There was a spot where the color wore off the belt from daily holster wear. I contacted Hank's and they immediately sent a bottle of conditioning cream and color dye. I was surprised by the service as it was very unexpected and the problem was fixed 3 days after I contacted Hank's. Bottom line... great products and amazing customer service
