Hanks Leather Goods is an amazing company with top of the line customer service! If you are looking for quality leather goods, then look no further than Hanks Leather Goods. I bought their 1.5" Distressed Black leather belt in 2021. I carry concealed and the majority of the belts that I was getting was not comfortable or would not last long. Of course, this could be because I was buying cheaper leather goods and you get what you pay for...but I digress. I decided to splurge and pay for a premium quality leather belt. I did the research and after comparing several different brands, decided to go with Hanks Leather Goods. I am so very glad I did! The quality of the belt is amazing. It's nice and thick and holds my holster, magazine pouch, and my multi-tool without any issues and most importantly, it does it while being comfortable. In 2023, the stem that goes into the hole in the leather to secure the belt, broke. I contacted customer service and they apologized and sent me a new buckle out, free of charge. I thought that was awesome as it was almost a full 2 years since I had purchased the belt. Then, almost 3 weeks ago, that one broke as well. I contacted customer service again fully prepared and expecting to pay for the buckle replacement as it had been 4 years since the purchase of the belt but again, they apologized and immediately sent out another buckle, free of charge! My belt, despite being worn constantly, still looks pretty new and there aren't any signs of the leather breaking down, cracking, or splitting. I strongly recommend if you are in the market for an awesome leather belt, invest in a great belt from Hanks Leather Goods. You will not regret it and if you have any issues with it at all, their customer service is top of the line, just like their belts!

Developed a problem with my Powder Coated Black Belt Buckle. I contacted customer service and they immediately processed a replacement. I received the solution within a very short period of time. Problem quickly resolved.

Item works great. Fits my everyday belt perfectly. It’s solid and should hold up to years of wear. The only issue I have is that it’s not jet black like the picture. It’s more of a dark gray hammered type of finish. It still looks great with a brown belt.

Warranty buckle is perfect, cost me nothing and is simple to install. Belts usually would last me one year, two at the very most, until I found Hanks. Seven years into the 'Everyday belt' that I wear every day the leather is a bit swayed from my lockdown weight fluctuations (50 lbs worth, oops) but otherwise in great shape. The buckle tongue gave out and getting it replaced was a quick email exchange. I've lost enough weight over the last year that I'm about to buy my third Hanks belt as I've run out of holes and the tongue is getting too long to add any more w/o looking odder than I already do.

As the title says, their customer service is unrivaled. After several years of hard service, my buckle finally gave up on me. They replaced it no questions asked, and I had my favorite belt back a few days later. Thanks Hank's!!

Great belt, my first one has lasted years and still going strong.

I broke the tongue of the buckle and they sent a new one in less than 24 hours of the time I called them. GREAT service. I currently have 3 Hank's Belts and I LOVE them - best belts I have had in my life. I do carry concealed and they work perfectly (MUCH better than the tactical belt I tried!) The REALLY amazing thing is that, despite regular wear, they are still stiff and don't flop on me. If I lose one (I can't imagine wearing one out in the next 35 years), I'm buying another!

I purchased a couple of Hanks belts several years ago. I am a large bodied person and cinch my belt tight to keep my pants up. Hanks belts are amazing in their durability. The heavy leather design is holding up great. I broke the belt buckle just recently and contacted Hanks about a a replacement buckle. Customer service replied quickly and the new buckle arrived in a couple of days. I highly recommend Hanks belts for their products, customer service and warranty.

Buy from Hank belts is so simple and hassle free. Just add it to the cart and buy with Apple Pay. I used to spend $90 a year on belts. You never new when they were going to fail. I bought a hanks belt for $80 and now I buy a new buck a couple times a year for $15. Belt has paid for itself a few times over.

For a while I was buying new belts every 6 months. I decided to spend more then 2x what I was paying each time for a belt. Now I spend $15/year on a new buckle. At this point the belt has paid for itself. If I had to say one bad things it would be that the part that goes through the belt bends a lot. I get a few times to straighten it then it breaks. I am still very happy about purchasing the belt

My belt buckle broke on my oldest Hank's belt, so I was able to check out the 100-year warranty. No surprise, but it was flawless. I called the customer support line, spoke to a very nice person and the replacement was mailed to me in no time. It fit perfectly and I expect to wear this belt for a lot longer.

This is the fourth belt I have owned from Hanks Belts. Even though I haven't worn out the first one yet, I had to have another before it was too late, HAHA! These are the best belts I have ever owned and I'm 65 years old. Most men of my size have always had issues with their belts being pulled down in the middle of the backside.
