It came fast, but I'm worried it's not going to last, the metal clamp was crooked and felt loose.

Well made and does its job! I always like extra length on my belts so I can use them for other things if need be (emergency dog leash, for instance). I used to use a doubled hair tie as a keeper, but this looks better, and will obviously last longer.

I recently lost a few pounds and found myself using the 5th hole in a couple of my Hanks belts. The end was sorta flapping around and looked like I was anemic. So I bought a couple of these keepers and run the belt through it right after the first loop on my pants. Now the "tail" of the belt with the extra keeper looks more like a fashion statement than a belt that doesn't fit properly!!! Thanks, Hanks, for thinking of this really nice accessory! I don't want to have the belts cut down because I wouldn't mind gaining a few pounds back and since these belts will last forever, cutting them would be a mistake!

It is much larger than the belt keeper that came with my 1.25 Highland belt. I suspect it ‘s for a different belt.

Through a fault of my own, my 1.5" belt keeper came off of my belt. Not to worry ... Hank's to the rescue! All it took was an email to their professional customer service and voila! I believe the weak link on all belts, even a quality belt like Hank's, is the belt keeper. So, a spare seems a logical purchase and at a small investment.

I have had one of their belts for more then a few years and wear it daily , and carrying with it. Holds things quite well. It is still in great shape. But, I lost 35 lbs, and needed a different size now. So, I bought another one, and again it looks like it's well made and same quality level. :So I expect to keep and use this one a long time, unless I lose more weight. These two are black, and I may decide to have a brown one too. Highly recommend their belts, you won't be disappointed.

Second best belt I have ever owned. Can you make me 1-1/2" wide, reinforced brown belt with two-holes per inch holes all the way around from 6" away from each end?...,with one fixed and one moveable keeper?

This belt is excellent. I've been struggling trying to support a 1911 commander style .45 with various belts, until I started using Hanks' 1 1/2" Stitched model. I've been wearing this belt every day for the past couple weeks. No more pants-falling-down issues. Sizing is spot-on using Hanks' sizing tool. Excellent product; and customer service was superior. I would rate the product and customer service 6 on a scale of 5.

Does not match original belt keeper as far as size. looks ridiculous. Taking it apart and resizing to match.

What an excellent quality belt! It is heavy duty, but not too heavy for everyday wear. This belt has great fittings, and it carries well alone, or while carrying a 1911 and a 2 mag leather pouch. Whether you carry IWB or OWB, this one will do just fine.

I have lost over 40 pounds. Now my belts are to big. Not wanting to cut them down, bought the keepers instead. They work great. The end no longer flops around. Great product and matches the belt exactly. Could not be happier.
