My original buckle on the Hanks Belt had been flaking chrome or nickle plating for some time. I asked customer service about it and they happily sent me a replacement and shipped free immediately. Their customer service is great!

Installed the buckle and fit was good.
Compared to the buckle it replaced this much better quality, I was pleased to find it solid metal instead of the cast material used in the old buckle. The prongs that go through the belt on the Hanks buckle measure .175” and are round where the old ones were .150”x.090” .
Initial response to the buckle is very positive.
I will soon purchase a belt from you.
