I ordered a 1.5 keeper for my 1.5 belt that I got from you. It will go on the belt, but it's not big enough to put the end of the belt into. Should I have gotten a larger size?

My everyday belt is a tad too long and not a style the lends itself to shortening--leaving a longish "tail" past the belt loop on my trousers. This keeper solved the problem perfectly. I also am impressed with the quality and definitely would buy from you again.

I purchased this belt keeper to replace a lost one. The color matches well, but there are several dark lines/scratches going across it. The color is dark brown, so fortunately the imperfection isn't very noticeable.
