Definitely the best wallet I've ever bought. I was sick of getting junk that just falls apart and I was familiar with Hanks and their belts so I figured I would invest in one of their wallets and im glad I did. Its simple and perfect for use in front pocket like I do and stays slim as you want if you dont pack it. Yes as the reviews mention it could be 1/4" taller so bills are fully concieled and that is for sure a con but it still holds and easy 5 stars. I also procured their balm protectant stuff which seemed to make the steer hide a little softer and break in easier too as well as protect it from sweat and everything else.

Love the simplicity. The ease of getting out the cards, and the quality of leather is superb. My only complaint would be the bill pocket is hard to put the bills, so I just keep the bills in the center so that when I open the wallet the cash is there. Friend of my loved it so much he had me purchase him one. Over all best wallet I’ve owned!

The billfold compartment isn’t tall enough. Even with only two bills they stick out of the top of the wallet.

It is quality constructed and serves my purpose

This wallet is the perfect fusion between modern minimalism, and old school functionality. For years I've tried to slim down my wallet. I loved all of the compact designs but each had a failure. The hard sided wallets left my cards looking tattered and I never liked having to fold my cash before tucking it into a band or small pocket. This allows me the storage of a traditional bi-fold, but keeps the form factor down to just a little bigger than a credit card! The leather is nice and thick. I expect this to last for years. Thanks for the amazing product. And put me on the list if you ever make it in any other colors. A navy blue sure would be slick!

Great card holder/wallet! Loved that it’s made in the U.S.A..

This little wallet is exactly what I was expecting. It is what I've envisioned in my mind as the perfect front pocket travel wallet. It has enough space for I.D. plus 3 other card slots, and space for bills. The only improvement I would make is to add RSID protection sewn, possibly sewn into the leather. All in all, a great small wallet, and for me, almost good enough for everyday carry.

My everyday carry....love it. Give it a Bicks rub down every few months....front pocket gets sweaty.

It is a great wallet for front pocket. Had to leave some cards home because it only fit 12. I like it for a "night out" wallet but may go to a larger wallet for everyday use.

This wallet is very slim compared to other slim wallets I have previously used. I currently have 11 cards and 10 bills and it still maintains a very slim profile. I sometimes have to check my pocket to make sure my wallet is in there because it is so slim. Definitely recommend this wallet to anyone searching for a great minimalist wallet.

This is the best wallet that I've ever owned. I have always been a traditional bifold wallet guy but I realized how much of the stuff in there I don't need. This wallet is perfect. I have my EDC needs in there and that it. I'm never going back to an old school bifold.

As I write this review, I'm guesstimating, but can confidently say I've bought at least nine belts and six wallets from Hank's over the last couple of years. I purchased my first Slimline Bifold Wallet in black roughly one year ago. As soon as I opened the package, I knew that if it held up, I'd buy another one in brown. So, that's exactly what I did. This little thing is a wolf in sheep's clothing in terms of its capacity, as well as its sturdiness. I've gotten it soaked in multiple rainstorms (I ride motorcycles), and it bounces back each time good as new...nary a single fray in the stitching, no blemishes, nada! If you're looking for a slim wallet that you can carry in any pocket (yes, including your front), routinely need to access up to ten cards, and carry minimal cash (up to six bills), this is for you. Do not listen to any reviews where people complain that, "it's too tight and I can't get any cards in" because those reviewers simply haven't been patient enough to give the wallet time to break in properly. Yes, it's tight at first, and when I started out, I shoved three cards in each side and used it normally. After a couple of days, I could fit another card in each side. I've gotten it up to five card in each interior sleeve with no issues. Most miraculously, the leather has remained taut, and its structural integrity intact. I can't sing this wallet's praises loudly enough - you'll love it!

I have recently purchased 2 different hanks belts and they are the best belts i have ever owned. Because of the high quality of the belts, I decided to try a wallet. I choose the slimline because of the size. Unfortunately, it is just a little too small. The cash hangs out and gets damaged and the cards seem to move around too much. I should have tried the Medium bifold wallet.

Not what I expect

I wanted a spare wallet that only holds the necessities for when I wear shorts or any other time I don't want a bulging wallet in my pants. This was perfect for my needs. Quality built, but somewhat overpriced.

This is a perfect little wallet for work or going out. When you don’t need to bring out with you all the crap that’s usually stuffed in your wallet, this is the perfect go to. Tough. Good looking. And the cards don’t fall out.

I returned this item, it just looked and felt cheap.

I'm happy that it is thin, but I wonder if it will last? It is perfect for my needs. I got it on sale, and I still am not sure that it is worth the cost. Time will tell I guess.

I own this wallet and like the minimalist design so much I gave one to my brother. It’s great for when on vacation, doing outdoor activities, etc. when you only need a couple cards and some cash. Very thin, easily carried & discrete. Made in USA.

I've been in the market for a minimalist wallet and have always been a fan of real (full-grain) leather, so the Slimline Bifold appealed to me. The leather is gorgeous, with a vintage look and a soft feel. However, as some other reviewers noted, the pocket for your bills is a little too shallow. Even cramming all of them (not that many - 5 or 6 newish bills) in as far as they would go, they stuck up slightly above the top of the wallet. Adding just 1/8" to the dimensions of the wallet would fix this. This might not have been a deal breaker, but I also realized I wasn't a fan of having credit-card pockets on the outside of the wallet. Adding two more inside would be preferable in my opinion. Thankfully, Hank's offers free returns, and it was a hassle-free experience. I would absolutely order from them again.

The wallet was very compact & well built. Holds a few credit cards, ID and cash. Highly recommended. May order a 2nd one in a different color.

This is exactly as advertised! Slim, tough, holds plenty of cards and cash (though the wallet is about 1/4 inch too narrow to hold cash without edges being exposed). It's still a great wallet and I would buy it again!

Organization and pride

I really like the size of the wallet, and it is usable in the front pocket. The leather is really stiff and using some leather softener really helped. I added a metal clip for paper money, as the place to put bills has not softened up enough to get more that 2 bills in there without them sticking out. Over all love the quality of the wallet and the size. Was just what I was looking for.

I purchased this wallet for my husband because he wanted something less bulky yet something that will last and this wallet is exactly that! His only complaint is that the space for cash is a bit too tight, and depending on the number of bills he has, some of them don't entirely fit into the wallet.

This is my every day carry wallet. I also own the Goatskin deluxe but this is a great slimline option for me. Woman (mostly) get to have more than one purse so I don’t feel bad switching back and forth between wallets lol.

Nice wallet 6 cards is the maximum I can put into wallet. Compartment for cash tight getting bills in and out.

IT WORKS FOR CARRINR CARDS ONLY. THE BILL COMPARTMENT IS TO SMALL. FOR ANYTHING BUT ANOTHER CARD. BUT I KNEW THAT WHEN I PURCHASED IT, ITS VERY EASY TO CARRY.

This was my second purchase from hanks, after my Extreme Belt (That I also love. Fantastic belts here). If you like slim wallets but like to carry cash and have a small handful of cards, this is the wallet for you. With the external pockets I can grab a card I need without removing the wallet from my pocket. If I want to keep stuff more secure, the interior pockets are exactly what you'd think. The cash pocket is a little small and I found that bills stuck up a bit, however I believe that's because it isn't broken in yet. Overall: Really nice wallet that is comfy in the pocket, holds all your cards, and enough cash to get by. Thanks Hanks!

I do like this wallet. I like the slim profile and size. I need to break it in a bit still. Doesn’t hold a lot of cash and can be hard to get it in and out. So if you don’t cary a lot of cash its great

I was torn between a slim wallet and a traditional bifold. I wanted to keep it classic with a leather wallet rather than this modern slim wallet crap because i always appreciate a quality leather wallet. Thats when I found the Slimline wallet by hanks. The rest is history.
