I had lost a screw out of one of my Hanks belts. I called Hanks customer service to ask about getting a repair part. The service representative was lovely to speak to and she shipped the replacement screws that day. Fast forward 4 days and I had my belt put back together. All fixed = all better. I own several Hanks belts and I am a customer for life. Thank you Hanks Belts for making a high quality product and having high quality service. The back side of business is equally as important as the front side, a lot of companies don’t get that part right!
