Buy 1 Size Larger than waist.

EX: 36 Waist Buy a 38 Belt - In between sizes round up. 

This belt is not designed for regularly carrying items on it. If you are occasionaly going to carry tools or other gear on this belt then Buy 2 Sizes Larger than waist

EX: 36 Waist Buy a 40 Belt - In between sizes round up.
