I have had this belt for at least two years and love it. Recently I noticed that the roller on the buckle was becoming uneven, and the edge was catching on clothing and my skin. I contacted the company and they were very friendly and helpful, and sent a new one ASAP! Love this company and products!
My original buckle on the Hanks Belt had been flaking chrome or nickle plating for some time. I asked customer service about it and they happily sent me a replacement and shipped free immediately. Their customer service is great!
