I recently ordered the Deputy for a Christmas present/. When USPS didn’t deliver and tracking hadn’t changed in a week, I panicked and call customer service. They shipped a duplicate that arrived in 5 days (No charge). USPS surprised everybody by delivering both belts on the same day. Another call to Customer Customer Service got a return address label in email, easy peasy. The belt is solid, heavy duty with a warm hand where I changed the buckle and screws to brass. Looks and feels like it will be on my waist for many years to come.
Everything was simple and fast: selecting, ordering, shipping. And, the belt, itself, is excellent. I’ve worn it to work every say since it arrived. I HAVE recommended this to a friend. And, I bought a Hank’s belt for my son.
