Experience was great, it's what customer service should be like. My buckle broke, thankfully I have a few Hanks belts, received the replacement in a couple days. Can't ask for more, the CSR was very pleasant and responded to email very quickly.
I originally bought a “blackout” belt a year ago. Through some pretty rough use the buckle finish had become chipped. An email to customer service and a couple days later, viola!!a brand new perfectly finished buckle!
