“In the past, I have been reluctant to spend too much money on belts. Even the belt I purchased for my wedding day wasn’t much money — maybe 25 bucks. It didn’t wear well, and I haven’t used it much since.

In the end, I opted for the Everyday Belt in Oak. I hoped it would match the Tobacco color of the boots I purchased, and it did not disappoint — it almost looks like it came out of the same hide.

Upon opening the packaging, you could tell this belt was made of high-quality leather. It is one thick belt. I read some reviews that the buckle on the Everyday was good, but would work a bit better with a roller, so I went ahead and ordered the distressed bronze roller buckle, and I do indeed prefer it to the stock buckle.

I have worn this belt every day since I received it in the mail. I absolutely love my Hanks Belt and plan on only ever purchasing my belts from this wonderful American company. Next, I’ll be purchasing an Everyday in Black, and eventually I would like to get one of the classier ones with more detailing and stitching. “5 stars just isn’t enough. I was a little hesitant at first when I saw the pricing. It wasn’t until I watched the video showing the method these belts are made that I was sold immediately.

I bought the Everyday Belt because I work in an automobile manufacturing company, and the constant bending and physicality my job demands made this an easy choice.
